India -
Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (i.e., Monday – Friday). Some orders, such as pre-order items / custom orders, may take longer.
Delivery Time is Minimum 6 days to Maximum 12 days.
Outside India -

Delivery Time is Minimum 6 days to Maximum 12 -15 days (or beyond) depends on the countries mail services.
We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately.
Once dispatched you should receive tracking link on your shared whatsapp number through our Shipping Channel Partner.
Shipping dates mentioned can be changed by our shipping partners, we don't own the guarantee of on-time shipping.
Once shipped, you cannot alter the mailing address or change the shipping dates or cancel the shipment. It will be handled by our courier partners. We must comply with their advices.
For any refund or exchange shipment must reach back to us to review and initiate accordingly.
Re-shipment cost in case of wrong shipping address / receiver not available will be charged to the purchaser.
Missing articles Claim - Please make sure you record a 360 view uncut unpacking video for any missing articles claim with the courier company. No request will be entertained without 360 view uncut unpacking video.
We send our packages in fully sealed courier bags, please do not accept tampered packages from courier partner, we will not entertain / be responsible for any claims hence made after receiving tampered packages from courier team.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You will be notified when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number. please note we do not guarantee for accurate information as this not directly provided by us but shared by our shipping partners.
PAYMENT METHOD
You can pay via all major VISA or MASTERCARD credit/debit cards using our payment gateway at the time of checkout. Payment is accepted in INR (Indian National Rupee) at the time of purchase. Duties and taxes are not included in the price.
