RETURN POLICY
We are happy to offer a 7 day, return policy (with full / partial refund in form of Digital Gift Card that can be used on www.latatva.com) for unused and unworn non-crystal/non-stones/non-rudraksh items only. Refund will incur the shipping and handling charges mentioned below. Please make sure you create a 360 view uncut video before and while opening the package and send us in case of return/exchange.
Crystals are natural and they may have a scratch, crack or inconsistent colors / hues as they are all natural so these reasons are not considered as defects.
Please select the size of your product carefully, return/refund are not considered to change the size.
Only items which do not include crystals/stones/rudraksh can be returned / replaced under the return policy. Items with Crystals/Stones/Rudraksh can not be replaced / returned once delivered because we believe that the energy of crystals/stones/rudraksh starts resonating with the energy of the wearer and hence cannot be used by anybody else.
Missing articles Claim - Please make sure you record a 360 view uncut unpacking video for any missing articles claim with the courier company. No request will be entertained without 360 view uncut unpacking video.
We send our packages in fully sealed courier bags, please do not accept tampered packages from courier partner, we will not entertain / be responsible for any claims hence made after receiving tampered packages from courier team.
In case of missing items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned multiple products but actual pickup doesn't include all said items, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount.
In case of used items in return orders, i.e., where the customer claims to have returned unused products but company find it is being used, the company has a right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the used product from the refund amount.
Any return (approved by the company) can be made in the form of digital gift card / digital coupon, which can be used to make any future purchases from www.latatva.com
Please note that we currently do not offer free shipping on national or international returns. Buyers needs to arrange the return to our shipping address and bear the cost of courier / delivery services.
Cancellations Post Shipment - Cancellations requested post shipment cannot be accepted, refund for Prepaid / Partially Paid order in such cases shall be provided in form of digital gift card / digital coupon (post deducting the shipment amount which is FLAT INR 250).
Undelivered Orders - For all all orders undelivered due to wrong shipping address/ customer not contactable / any other reasons shipping cost will charged to customer. Refund for Prepaid / Partially Paid order in such cases shall be provided in form of digital gift card / digital coupon (post deducting the shipment amount which is FLAT INR 250).
RETURN SHIPMENT PROCESS
To return your order, use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse (address shared below), and write us to the email id care@latatva.com with your shipping details and other feedbacks (if any). Please make sure you create a 360 view video before and while opening the package and send us in case of return/exchange.
Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties of FLAT INR 250/- is not refundable and will be deducted from the order value paid by the customer.
